DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For all PREPAID orders: Above Rs. 2500, standard shipping is free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs. 249 is applicable to all orders under Rs. 2500.

For all CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) orders: A shipping charge of Rs. 249 is applicable irrespective of the value of the order. This amount of Rs. 249 is GST inclusive. So, Rs. 211.02 plus 18% GST equals Rs. 249.00. Courier delivery partners collect your order’s payment, and so we need to pay them for this convenience and collection fee, along with delivery charges. 

It should take roughly 2-3 working days for us to prepare your shipment and sending it through one of our delivery partners. Considering the delivery partners transit time and the delivery region, customers should receive their order within 7-8 working days.

If you have placed an order with multiple items, then your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

There could be a possibility that a product becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. In that case, we will inform you and provide you a full refund.

Our shipping partners will attempt delivery 3 times. If the delivery fails post these attempts, the delivery and order will be cancelled and we will not be able to refund the shipping costs.

For deliveries within India all taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to most countries using DHL, FEDEX, UPS or ARAMEX.

It should take roughly 2-3 working days for us to prepare your shipment and sending it through one of our delivery partners. Considering the delivery partners transit time and the delivery region, customers should receive their order within 7-8 working days.

No cancellations or refunds are available for international shipping. Please place orders after carefully viewing the product and its size guide. If a customer needs more information on any product, then please email or chat with us.

Customer is responsible for all custom duties, taxes and other levies charged by their receiving country. Grass & Sunshine will not be liable for these costs. Customer may have to pay these charges in order to release their purchased items from the customs. 

Our delivery partners are authorized to pay these charges to the relevant authorities, on behalf of the customer, and the customer will need to reimburse these charges to the delivery partner (DHL or FEDEX or UPS) in order to receive their items.
