SO WHAT’S THE POLICY
We want our customers to have confidence and peace of mind when purchasing a product on our website. So we offer the option to return the product for an exchange, or a full refund, or store credit (including shipping fee, if any), provided the return is requested within 4 working days from date of delivery.
WHAT ARE THE PREREQUISITES
All we ask is to meet the below fair conditions:
Request a return as stated above.
Product is unused.
If you have tried the product, then make sure there is no transfer of smell (natural odor or body perfume, etc).
Do not attempt to wash the garment as it can void the garment of its original fresh state.
Price tags, brand tags, price stickers, original packing (polybag, wrap paper, etc) need to be in tact.
HOW DOES ONE REQUEST A RETURN
- You can place a return request after logging into your Grass and Sunshine Customer Account on our website and visiting the “Orders” tab.
- You can contact us via Chat on the Website.

Once you have placed your request, we will arrange a pick up through one of our delivery partners. You will receive a message on your provided mobile number. Please keep the package read to avoid missing the pick up service.
HOW DOES IT WORK
Once you have requested a refund, we will wait to receive the items back, to do a Quality Assessment on the returned items, to check if they meet the above said conditions (see shipping policy). If they pass the Quality checks, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. If the items do not pass the Quality checks, then the refund will be rejected and we will ship the product back to you.
HOW WE REFUND
Online Payment: If you had paid online, we will refund you back to source.
Cash On Delivery: We will require your bank information to issue you a refund to your bank account, as we do not refund cash. To enable us to refund you the money to your bank account, you will need to login to your Grass & Sunshine account and enter your bank details in the provided form under the “Order” section.
WHAT ABOUT REFUNDING THE SHIPPING COST
If you purchased one item under one order, then we shall refund you the shipping cost. However, if you purchased multiple items under one order, then we will not refund the shipping cost associated with that order.
Also, a delivery or return pick up shall be attempted 3 times and if this delivery/pick up fails to execute, then we will not be able to refund the shipping costs. The same shall be forfeited.
